Sham acquisition in marriage
I know a divorcee who married her ex-husband after only knowing him 3 months just because she conceived a child from him. Her husband told me that he never loved her, and only married her because the rabbis pressured him. He did not fulfill his duties in accordance with the Ketuba (he did not provide her food and clothing and cohabitation). Is that enough to annul their marriage as a sham acquisition (mekach ta’us)?
The marriage was fully legal and is not a sham acquisition.
