Russia stated that all coalition aircraft flying west of the Euphrates River are considered legitimate targets. They were furious that a Syrian Su22 which was bombing dangerously close to the coalition forces was shot out of the Sky by a US F18-Super Hornet. They also cut off the US Russian hotline designed to prevent unnecessary confrontations or accidentally shooting each other. The US is prepared to defend itself and both sides don’t want an escalation.

Foxnews reveals that the UN is helping Assad rebuild. They are helping a nonprofit called Al- Bustan which is sanctioned by the US and they sent funds through Assad’s cousin, the billionaire Rami Makhlouf. Makhlouf has many militas benefitting from the UN largesse. The UN says its IOM division, the International Organization for Migration gives aid without regards to borders but according to need. Well Assad really needs help  and maybe the UN should openly say they are partners in his carnage too!
